How do I talk to Arren?
Arren lives where your team lives. At launch Arren will be available in WhatsApp, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, and of course at Arrendy.ai.

We love all feedback, and if you have a preferred platform which we can tackle, please share it with us!
Is my data secure?
Your data is your own, and we do not share or otherwise aggregate user data in any way.

On our free Insights plan, which does not interact with user data whatsoever (neither read nor write), conversations may be monitored to help provide you with the best possible product. We encourage you to view our privacy policy to familiarize yourself with our secure and private approach to user data.
I want to some custom modifications to your current setup. Can you help me with that?
Sure! There's a couple areas where we might be able to lend a hand. We may be able to set up that feature in our next update to Arren, and we're always looking for user feedback so that we can build the best product for our users.

We also offer consulting services, in both the ecommerce space as well as AI. So hit us up - chances are we've see this before and can help!
How can I make sure Arren behaves? Can AI go rogue?
Arren isn't that fiesty just yet! We know your data integrity is the lifeblood of your business, so we've put in key safeguards to make sure Arren behaves better than human employees:

1. Arren will ask for confirmation before performing any actions
2. We have entirely avoided giving Arren access to actions which we think are not safe (like deleting skus, for example).
3. We're performing rigourous testing before our public launch
4. We have full logs so we (and you) can troubleshoot anything that seems off in any way.

Apart from that, its your responsibility to set the user permissions on each Arren's account. Its a best practice to keep Arren as a separate 'user' in SellerCloud: make a new login for each Arren you onboard. That way, you can also keep the permissions in check.
How many users do I need?
Each (human) user should have their own personal Arren. That way, the user can customize their Arren, and can associate their WhatsApp number or Slack etc., with their very own Arrren.

Arrendy is a team project, and, as such, our pricing will be structured for multiple users - so there's no worry of not having enough seats!
How can I share my feedback?
We've got a feedback button on every page, and in a WhatsApp, Slack, or other channel conversation, just message 'Help' to have the next message reach an operator.
